Hi dear one,

A warm welcome and thank you for finding your way here.

I believe that yoga is for every body.  For me, yoga is a practice that supports and develops our embodiment. As we develop our embodiment, we also develop our agency, intuition and authority on our body - something that I know to be vital to our wellbeing; physically, emotionally and spiritually.

My intention is to support your ability to listen to the feedback you receive from your body both on and off the mat.

Whatever your motivation for getting onto the mat, working 1-2-1 is a wonderful way to tailor your practice to your needs and curiosity. Pippa works 1-2-1 with beginners, long term students and yoga teachers on both a short and long term basis. For more information please click here

Workshops & Trainings...

Pippa teaches workshops for students and teachers throughout the year both in the UK and abroad. Pippa is a faculty member of The Art of Teaching Yoga 1-2-1 and is a guest teacher and Supervisor for the UK’s first Yoga Therapy Teacher Training for Children & Young People for teachers who want to specialise working in this field. the girlness project...

An initiative that aims to support the physical and emotional wellbeing of girls and young women. girlness offer classes and workshops that provide education on the key topics of body image, media literacy, self-compassion, positive thinking and resilience. Since our formation in September 2017 we have served 1500 girls both in the UK and abroad. Find out more about our work here.
