Whatever your motivation for getting onto the mat, working 1-2-1 is a wonderful way to tailor your practice to your needs and curiosity. Pippa works 1-2-1 with beginners, long-term students and yoga teachers.
Pippa’s personal journey involved working with her teacher Kate Ellis weekly for five years so she is particularly passionate about working in this way.
